Using Bookwhen
- I previously booked but I can’t make it – how do I cancel my booking? Click on your profile icon and go to ‘Customer Portal’. Click on ‘Manage’ for the event that you want to change – there you will be offered the option of cancelling the ticket or transferring it to a future event. If you are unable to cancel, it may be because you aree too close to the time of the event – please contact administrator under ‘Options’ button for the event.
- The session was fully subscribed. I joined the waiting list and a space has become available but I can’t take up the space? Be sure to submit the same email address as used with your Bookwhen account when you fill in form to join waiting list, otherwise it won’t work!
